Wir stellen Ihnen eine einzigartige, originelle und kompromisslose Brauerei vor: die Brasserie l'Apais\u00e9e in Genf.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">2014, nach der R\u00fcckkehr von einem Aufenthalt in Quebec, beschloss Xavier Righetti, mit dem Brauen seines eigenen Bieres zu beginnen, zun\u00e4chst in seiner K\u00fcche. Begeistert von der sehr reichen Szene der <em>Craft Beers<\/em> Als amerikanischer Unternehmer machte er sich daran, das Angebot an handwerklich gebrauten IPA-Bieren in Genf zu erweitern. Der Name der Brauerei ist inspiriert von der Kraft, die der Gr\u00fcnder daraus sch\u00f6pft: \u00abBier brauen ist auch ein Weg, um zu einer handwerklicheren und weniger stressigen T\u00e4tigkeit zur\u00fcckzukehren, weg von den Computerbildschirmen\u00bb, erkl\u00e4rt er.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">Die Brasserie l'Apais\u00e9e bietet also ein Dutzend origineller Biere an, die gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils aus biologischem Anbau stammen. Die Biere vom Typ \u00abIndian Pale Ale\u00bb, die Lieblingss\u00fcnde ihres Sch\u00f6pfers, werden dort nat\u00fcrlich in mehreren seiner Kreationen geehrt. Neben dem traditionellen IPA erweist sich das wei\u00dfe IPA als besonders fein und erfrischend. Das Double IPA und das Black IPA hingegen bieten intensivere Geschmackserlebnisse mit einem ausgepr\u00e4gteren Hopfen. Mehrere andere Kreationen, wie ein Fruchtbier und mehrere Stout-Typen, runden das Sortiment ab.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">Die Brauerei zeichnet sich aber auch durch ein einzigartiges interaktives Erlebnis aus, das sie anbietet: eine Einf\u00fchrung in das Brauen, die einen Abend lang dauert. Dabei werden dem Publikum die verschiedenen Schritte zur Entstehung eines Bieres gezeigt, vom Zerkleinern des Korns bis hin zur G\u00e4rung. Der Brauereiabend findet in einer warmen und entspannten Atmosph\u00e4re statt und wird durch einen Aperitif zum Abendessen abgerundet, der mit <em>brio<\/em> die unvermeidliche und lang ersehnte Verkostung. Das v\u00f6llige Eintauchen w\u00e4hrend der f\u00fcnfst\u00fcndigen Einf\u00fchrung erweist sich als ein unvergessliches Erlebnis f\u00fcr alle leidenschaftlichen Biertrinker, die auf der Suche nach
