\u00abJean-Christophe, welcher Tag ist heute?
\nHeute: Winnie.
\nOh, mein Lieblingstag!\u00bb<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

An einem regnerischen Samstagnachmittag ist der Kinosaal voll von Kindern, die zwischen den Sitzreihen hin und her rennen und Verstecken spielen. Eltern und Gro\u00dfeltern haben mit Eimern voller Popcorn und anderen Leckereien ihre Geschwister und Schulfreunde mitgebracht, um die (neuen) Abenteuer der ber\u00fchmten Disney-Pl\u00fcschtiere zu sehen. Was f\u00fcr Pl\u00fcschtiere? Die Freunde von Winnie! Der kleine gelbe B\u00e4r mit dem zu kurzen roten T-Shirt und dem zu kleinen Gehirn. Aber wissen diese Kinder \u00fcberhaupt noch, wer das ist? Kennen sie alle Bewohner des Waldes der blauen Tr\u00e4ume? Wenn man ihre Reaktionen sieht, k\u00f6nnte man das bezweifeln...<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Jean-Christophe (Ewan McGregor), le petit gar\u00e7on qui gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son imagination a donn\u00e9 vie \u00e0 tout un univers peupl\u00e9 de ses animaux en peluche, a grandi. Et les premi\u00e8res minutes du film n\u2019\u00e9pargnent pas le jeune homme du pensionnat, du deuil, de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Le ton est donn\u00e9. La cruaut\u00e9 de la vie a rattrap\u00e9 l\u2019innocence de l\u2019enfance. Aujourd\u2019hui, Jean-Christophe vit \u00e0 Londres, la guerre est finie et il a trouv\u00e9 un travail dans une entreprise de bagages. Il est mari\u00e9 et p\u00e8re de famille. Absorb\u00e9 par son travail, il ne pourra pas partir pour le weekend avec sa famille dans son ancienne maison \u00e0 la campagne, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 tout a commenc\u00e9. Seul dans la grisaille londonienne, cet homme \u00e9cras\u00e9 par les responsabilit\u00e9s et le travail oppressant retrouve, apr\u00e8s trente ans, un vieil ami au ventre rond.<\/p>\n

La dimension psychologique de Jean-Christophe et Winnie<\/em> semble plus puissante que dans d\u2019autres films pour enfants. Peut-\u00eatre justement parce que \u00e7a n\u2019en est pas un. Au-del\u00e0 des sc\u00e8nes de m\u00e9nage qui occupent la premi\u00e8re partie du film et qui pr\u00e9sentent des probl\u00e8mes \u00abd\u2019adultes\u00bb, ce long-m\u00e9trage souligne la complexit\u00e9 de la vie \u00abdes grands\u00bb: papa aimerait venir \u00e0 la campagne, mais s\u2019il ne travaille pas, son chef le renvoie, mais s\u2019il n\u2019y va pas, maman va \u00eatre f\u00e2ch\u00e9e. Il est bien beau de mettre la famille avant, mais le sens des responsabilit\u00e9s prend souvent le dessus. Dans cette joyeuse ambiance dans laquelle le spectateur se retrouve \u2013 le tout agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 par une couleur grise pr\u00e9dominante \u2013 un vieil ourson fait son apparition, \u00abl\u00e0 o\u00f9 il doit \u00eatre\u00bb.<\/p>\n

La port\u00e9e psychanalytique de Jean-Christophe et Winnie<\/em> semble \u00e9vidente. D\u00e9j\u00e0, le jeu est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment central. Autrefois, il caract\u00e9risait le gamin aux pantalons courts; aujourd\u2019hui, il est devenu une corv\u00e9e \u00e0 subir en compagnie de voisins barbants. M\u00eame sa fille Madeleine (Bronte Carmichael) ne joue jamais. C\u2019est \u00e0 travers le jeu que notre protagoniste retrouvera son for int\u00e9rieur, son \u00e2me d\u2019enfant. Et dans le jeu, l\u2019imagination joue<\/em> un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9dominant; Jean-Christophe imagine ses amis retrouv\u00e9s pour fuir un quotidien morne et oppressant. Et, fait tr\u00e8s poignant, apr\u00e8s toutes ces ann\u00e9es, ses vieux amis le reconnaissent uniquement lorsqu\u2019il fait usage de son imagination.<\/p>\n

Autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments hautement symboliques et tr\u00e8s chers \u00e0 Disney: les trous. Alice rentre au Pays des merveilles par un trou noir (1951), la brigade de mercenaires d\u00e9couvre Atlantide une fois pass\u00e9 un long tunnel noir (2001) et enfin, la For\u00eat des R\u00eaves bleus se trouve au-del\u00e0 du trou d\u2019un arbre. Nous ne nous \u00e9tendrons pas davantage sur cette m\u00e9taphore parlante, mais nous soulignerons toutefois la richesse psychologique de Jean-Christophe et Winnie<\/em>, v\u00e9ritable voyage dans la psych\u00e9<\/em> d\u2019un homme perdu et en qu\u00eate de lui-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n

Seit Mary Poppins<\/em> (1964), Disney semble adorer les p\u00e8res qui travaillent trop et d\u00e9laissent leur famille. C\u2019\u00e9tait le cas d\u2019ailleurs dans Hook<\/em> (1991) \u2013 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 au d\u00e9part avec le soutien de Disney par Steven Spielberg et avec un Besetzung<\/em> dor\u00e9 (Robin Williams, Julia Roberts, Dustin Hoffman) \u2013 o\u00f9 l\u2019on retrouvait un vieux Peter Pan qui avait oubli\u00e9 son \u00e2me d\u2019enfant et d\u00e9laissait sa famille pour son travail d\u2019avocat \u00e0 Londres. S\u2019ensuivait, pour lui aussi, un voyage au plus profond de son \u00eatre pour retrouver le Peter Pan originel.<\/p>\n

Mais revenons \u00e0 nos moutons, ou plut\u00f4t \u00e0 nos ours. Cela n\u2019aura pas \u00e9chapp\u00e9 aux connaisseurs que Jean-Christophe et Winnie<\/em>\u00a0fait de nombreuses r\u00e9f\u00e9rences au long-m\u00e9trage d\u2019animation Disney Les Aventures de Winnie l\u2019Ourson<\/em> (1977). Nous retrouvons notre cher narrateur qui parcourt les pages illustr\u00e9es du livre de Winnie the Pooh. Les musiques nous sont \u00e9galement famili\u00e8res; en quelques notes, nous reconnaissons la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre chanson qui introduit l\u2019ourson dans le film d\u2019animation. Mais aussi le vent, l\u2019eau qui emporte Bourriquet, le brouillard qui permet \u00e0 Winnie de suivre ses propres pas et, bien \u00e9videmment, les terrifiants \u00e9ph\u00e9lants et nouifs.<\/p>\n

Seul b\u00e9mol, choix perturbant mais int\u00e9ressant, Coco Lapin et Ma\u00eetre Hibou deviennent dans ce film de vrais animaux. Tous les autres, Porcinet, Tigrous, etc. sont des peluches anim\u00e9es, sauf les deux susmentionn\u00e9s qui ne pr\u00e9sentent pas de coutures (mais sont dot\u00e9s de parole), comme si l\u2019enfant avait jou\u00e9 dans la for\u00eat avec ses peluches et avec des animaux qu\u2019il aurait trouv\u00e9 dans la for\u00eat.<\/p>\n

Enfin, n\u2019oublions pas tous les enfants dans la salle de cin\u00e9ma. Il est d\u2019ailleurs r\u00e9jouissant qu\u2019ils aient \u00e9t\u00e9 autant nombreux. H\u00e9las, aucun rire ne retentit en cet apr\u00e8s-midi pluvieux. Pourtant, malgr\u00e9 quelques lenteurs, Jean-Christophe et Winnie<\/em> a v\u00e9ritablement r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 capter (et garder) l\u2019essence de Winnie l\u2019ourson. L\u2019ours est exactement comme dans nos souvenirs, b\u00eate, maladroit, mais terriblement \u00abrigolo\u00bb et attendrissant. Les moments comiques sont nombreux dans la deuxi\u00e8me partie du film, les situations loufoques, les jeux de mots particuli\u00e8rement r\u00e9ussis. L\u2019adulte passe ind\u00e9niablement un tr\u00e8s bon moment en compagnie de ces peluches. Mais l\u2019enfant? A vous d\u2019en juger, peut-\u00eatre en tentant de retrouver le petit enfant qui sommeille en vous.<\/p>\n
