Ein\njugendlicher Film wegen seiner Qualit\u00e4ten und Fehler.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more Lire la critique-->\n\n\n\n<p>Cit\u00e9 \u00e9tudiante U \u00e0 Alger, au milieu de la nuit\nd\u00e9serte. Nedjma et Wassila font le mur et s\u2019enfoncent dans un taxi clandestin.\nAlors que les attentats perp\u00e9tr\u00e9s par des groupes islamistes menacent la\nstabilit\u00e9 politique du pays, ces \u00e9tudiantes en licence de fran\u00e7ais bravent les\ninterdictions pour rejoindre la piste de danse. Dans un sac dor\u00e9, tout leur\nattirail de clubbeuses est pr\u00eat \u00e0 \u00eatre endoss\u00e9. Une seconde peau, loin des\nregards moralisateurs. Dans les toilettes des bo\u00eetes d\u2019Alger, Nedjma, alias&nbsp;Papicha\n\u2013 femme belle et libre en langue arabe \u2013 installe son \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re commerce \u00e0 r\u00eaves.\nLes femmes se pressent pour lui commander des robes qu\u2019elle dessine elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#1d296c\" class=\"has-text-color\"><strong>Auch zu lesen: <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/leregardlibre.com\/de\/2017\/04\/15\/le-djihad-au-feminin-rencontre-avec-noemie-merlant\/\"><strong>Der weibliche Dschihad - Treffen mit No\u00e9mie Merlant<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce quotidien se transforme&nbsp;et passe de l\u2019insouciance\nd\u00e9sinvolte \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance assum\u00e9e alors que les sympathisants islamistes\nmultiplient les collages d\u2019affiches pr\u00f4nant la burqa. Une escalade dans la\nn\u00e9gation des libert\u00e9s des femmes s\u2019installe. Si Papicha et ses coreligionnaires\nluttent verbalement, cette premi\u00e8re salve est stopp\u00e9e net par un assassinat.\nApr\u00e8s la col\u00e8re, vient le temps de l\u2019action. Papicha fera d\u00e9filer ses amies\nlors d\u2019un gala organis\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 qui mettra en lumi\u00e8re ses cr\u00e9ations, peu\nimportent les risques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sid\u00e9rante jeunesse<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Par la fiction, Mounia Meddour r\u00e9actualise la d\u00e9cennie noire, sujet encore br\u00fblant en Alg\u00e9rie. Preuve en est l\u2019annulation de l\u2019avant-premi\u00e8re du film en septembre dernier \u00e0 Alger alors que le film est, \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 nous \u00e9crivons ces lignes, en course pour repr\u00e9senter son pays aux Oscars\u2026 Une censure qui n\u2019est pas sans rappeler celle de <em>Much Loved<\/em> (2015) du franco-marocain Nabil Ayouch. Si ce dernier \u00e9voquait la prostitution au Maroc, il brossait \u00e9galement le portrait de femmes insoumises, faisant surgir en creux les soubassements d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de ses m\u0153urs. Point notable entre les deux longs-m\u00e9trages, la fr\u00e9n\u00e9sie et l\u2019imp\u00e9tueuse spontan\u00e9it\u00e9 des protagonistes lors des dialogues mordants qui font se chevaucher le fran\u00e7ais et l\u2019arabe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019instar de la solaire et intr\u00e9pide Lyna Khoudri, Meddour use d\u2019une r\u00e9alisation pugnace et espi\u00e8gle, privil\u00e9giant la mobilit\u00e9 de la cam\u00e9ra. Dans ce capharna\u00fcm, tout un r\u00e9seau se d\u00e9voile: de l\u2019\u00e9picier dissimulant les derniers <em>Jeans<\/em> Levi\u2019s sous son comptoir aux rapports entre ces femmes diff\u00e9rentes partageant la m\u00eame chambr\u00e9e, entre <em>poster<\/em> de Roch Voisine et tapis de pri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Noblesse des intentions, \u00e9chec de\nla pratique<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Reste une g\u00eane. Le critique est dans l\u2019embarras; si le th\u00e8me est v\u00e9n\u00e9rable tout comme l\u2019id\u00e9e du sc\u00e9nario, il faut tout de m\u00eame pointer le grand b\u00e9mol de ce film. Mounia Meddour s\u2019abreuve de la jeunesse tout en en absorbant les d\u00e9fauts. Ainsi, trop de s\u00e9quences sont tir\u00e9es en long et en large par une d\u00e9termination outranci\u00e8re \u00e0 souligner les \u00e9motions qu\u2019elles sont cens\u00e9es susciter. C\u2019est notamment le cas d\u2019un moment o\u00f9 des femmes en burqa interpellent Papicha sous une musique digne des <em>Dents de la mer<\/em>, octroyant \u00e0 cette sc\u00e8ne une dimension quasi comique malvenue. La s\u00e9quence du d\u00e9fil\u00e9 et celle qui la suit sont quant \u00e0 elles b\u00e2cl\u00e9es et laissent le spectateur sur sa faim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En voulant trop bien faire, Meddour perd quelque peu son audience dans la seconde partie du film. Il en reste une fiction \u00e9clairante sur une question qui r\u00e9sonne \u00e9trangement avec l\u2019actualit\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise.
