Oktober 2009 verhaftet. Drogenkonsum und -handel in seiner Heimatstadt Rom, <em>la sua Roma<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more Lire la critique-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Sulla Mia Pelle | Offizieller Trailer | Netflix Italien\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ep-O2Nl0P0s?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Aufgrund der Misshandlungen, die er durch drei Carabinieri erlitten hat, die der\u2019<em>Missbrauch<\/em> der Macht an der\u2019<em>Gesch\u00e4ftsjahr <\/em>Aufgrund der Gewalt und der v\u00f6llig fehlenden medizinischen Versorgung verstarb Stefano am 22. Oktober 2009. Damit begann der Kampf der Familie Cucchi gegen die italienische Justiz. Ein Fall, der von verschiedenen Gerichtsverfahren gepr\u00e4gt war: Verurteilungen, dann Freispr\u00fcche. Und eine unvorstellbare Vielfalt an Aussagen und Hypothesen, die schlie\u00dflich in einem Urteil zugunsten des jungen Opfers gipfelten, das sein Andenken w\u00fcrdigte. Doch dies geschah um den Preis erbitterter K\u00e4mpfe \u2013 voller Dem\u00fctigungen, Ersch\u00f6pfung und Entt\u00e4uschungen \u2013, die von Ilaria Cucchi, der Schwester von Stefano, gef\u00fchrt wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Auf meiner Haut, <\/em>Der 2018 erschienene Film schildert das Leiden von Stefano Cucchi w\u00e4hrend seiner letzten Tage. Alessio Cremonini hat sich in seiner Inszenierung daf\u00fcr entschieden, die Empfindungen und Haftbedingungen von Stefano in den Mittelpunkt des Films zu stellen. Die ersten Aufnahmen des Gesichts des jungen Mannes, die durch ihren Realismus \u00fcberw\u00e4ltigen, sind von entscheidender Bedeutung, um die Gewalt der Schl\u00e4ge durch die W\u00e4rter bereits bei seiner Ankunft in Polizeigewahrsam anzuprangern. Cremonini gliedert den Film in einzelne Tage, wobei sich die Handlung Tag f\u00fcr Tag weiterentwickelt, wie ein Countdown zum Tod. So zeigt er, dass sechs kurze Tage ausreichten, um Cucchi von der Agonie in den Sarg zu f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die offensichtlichen Todesursachen kommen ans Licht. Doch nat\u00fcrlich bestreitet das Personal des Gef\u00e4ngnisses Regina C\u0153li diese. \u00abNein, Stefano wurde nicht zusammengeschlagen\u00bb, behaupten sie und schlie\u00dfen dabei zudem die M\u00f6glichkeit aus, dass in der Einrichtung \u00fcberhaupt k\u00f6rperliche Bestrafungen angewendet werden k\u00f6nnten. Zu diesen Aussagen kommen die Vermutungen des Senators und <em>Staatssekret\u00e4r f\u00fcr Familienangelegenheiten<\/em> (Staatssekret\u00e4r f\u00fcr Familienangelegenheiten) Carlo Giovanardi, der darauf beharrt, dass Magersucht, Drogenabh\u00e4ngigkeit und eine vermutete HIV-Infektion die \u00abeinfachen und triftigen Gr\u00fcnde\u00bb f\u00fcr Cucchis Tod seien. Aussagen, die Giovanardi sp\u00e4ter selbst widerrufen wird\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Familie ist am Ende ihrer Kr\u00e4fte. V\u00f6llige Ungerechtigkeit. Eine Verh\u00f6hnung des Andenkens an ihren verstorbenen Stefano. Ilaria Cucchi sieht sich gezwungen, Fotos der entstellten Leiche ihres Bruders zu ver\u00f6ffentlichen, um auf den Skandal aufmerksam zu machen. Der Film vermittelt den Zustand des Opfers so eindringlich, dass es einem Schauer \u00fcber den R\u00fccken l\u00e4uft. Auch wenn die Bilder der echten Leiche, die am Ende von <em>Auf meiner Haut <\/em>zeigen, dass der echte Stefano \u2013 trotz des hervorragenden Make-ups und der schauspielerischen Leistung des Hauptdarstellers \u2013 schon auf den ersten Blick in einem weitaus schlechteren Zustand war. Die Carabinieri Alessio Di Bernardo und Raffaele D\u2019Alessandro werden wegen vors\u00e4tzlichen Totschlags zu zw\u00f6lf Jahren Freiheitsstrafe ohne Bew\u00e4hrung verurteilt. Im Gegensatz zu seinen Kollegen wird Francesco Tedesco lediglich zu zweieinhalb Jahren Freiheitsstrafe wegen Falschaussagen und Beweismanipulation verurteilt. Ilaria Cucchi spricht von einem gro\u00dfen Sieg, vor allem aber von einer enormen Erleichterung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow
