Von ihrer traurigen Kindheit bis zu ihrem tragischen Tod zeigt der Regisseur den schnellen Abstieg der Schauspielerin in die H\u00f6lle. Diese Neuinterpretation des Lebens der amerikanischen Ikone konzentriert sich auf die schwere Medienpr\u00e4senz und Verzweckung, die Monroe erlebte und die zu einem tiefen psychologischen Leiden f\u00fchrten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ein hypnotisierendes Gesicht<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben dem besonderen Nebeneinander von historischen Fakten und reinen Erfindungen, das Andrew Dominik vorschl\u00e4gt, spielt der Film mit den Realit\u00e4tsebenen innerhalb der Diegese. Der Kontrast zwischen Marilyns Alltag (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.imdb.com\/name\/nm1869101\/\">Ana de Armas<\/a>) und die zahlreichen Zug\u00e4nge zu ihrem geplagten Bewusstsein manifestiert sich in mehr oder weniger willkommenen Verfahren. Obwohl man die ziemlich offensichtliche Metapher versteht, die das wahre Leben dem Filmleben gegen\u00fcberstellt (ein dunstiger Gegensatz im Fall von Marilyn Monroe), bleibt die Absicht, Farb- und Schwarzwei\u00dfsequenzen abzuwechseln, ein wenig grundlos, ebenso wie andere augenzwinkernde Elemente wie die Schwarzblenden und das quadratische Bildformat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamerafahrten nach vorne und Nahaufnahmen des Gesichts der <em>Pin-up<\/em> funktionieren hingegen sehr gut. Diese Aufnahmen sind \u00fcbrigens der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Trumpf des Films. Die Schauspielerin, die oft in der Mitte des Bildes zu sehen ist und immer in einer gewissen Fixierung verharrt, hypnotisiert durch ihr Spiel, ihren Blick und ihre Mimik und erinnert an die Art und Weise, wie die Kamera weibliche Stars in der Bl\u00fctezeit der Filmstudios filmte. Die Szenen der Tr\u00e4umereien, die mit dem Fantastischen flirten, geben dem Zuschauer manchmal den Eindruck, es mit einer offen gest\u00f6rten Figur zu tun zu haben. Die Betonung der potenziellen inneren Dissoziation zwischen Norma Jeane und Marilyn Monroe l\u00e4sst von Anfang an die Interpretation einer Heldin zu, die eher dement als melancholisch ist. Es ist klar, dass diese Bilder verst\u00f6rend wirken, und es ist verst\u00e4ndlich, dass der Ton des Films missfallen kann. Aber um diese Brutalit\u00e4t herum formt sich einer der Hauptstr\u00e4nge der Handlung. Diese Momente zeugen von Marilyns Entscheidungslosigkeit, die ein Opfer ihrer Sch\u00f6nheit, ihres Auftretens und des ganzen Trubels ist, der damit einhergeht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir wollen uns nicht mit den Szenen aufhalten, in denen Monroe zum Sexobjekt degradiert wird. Es sei lediglich darauf hingewiesen, dass das Drehbuch drei Aff\u00e4ren mit unterschiedlichen Profilen vorstellt. Obwohl es scheint, dass der Star in seinen Beziehungen wieder Spa\u00df am Leben findet und endlich von der Einsamkeit befreit wird, enth\u00fcllt der Regisseur nach und nach den Einfluss dieser Liebhaber. Alle scheinen den Star in eine Rolle zu pressen, die ihren Erwartungen und damit auch denen des Publikums von Marilyn entspricht. Abgesehen von diesen drei Norma Jeane aufgezwungenen Versionen des Ruhms, geben einige Gro\u00dfaufnahmen der Menschenmenge auf bewundernswerte Weise das Gef\u00fchl der Erstickung wieder, das Ana de Armas mal auszudr\u00fccken, mal zu verbergen gelingt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insgesamt verankert der Film eine sehr d\u00fcstere Atmosph\u00e4re, die im Gegensatz zum \u00fcblichen Bild von Marilyn Monroe steht, mit dem Mythos bricht und einen sehr dunklen Teil ihres Lebens aufdeckt. Diese Sichtweise ist eine eigenwillige Wahl, aber zumindest bleibt der Film ihr vom Anfang bis zum Ende treu.
