Today, we'd like to introduce you to a craft brewery that's sure to delight the palate of neophytes and satisfy the taste buds of connoisseurs: Brasserie des 3. <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Lakes<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><!--more--><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">Fond\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2013 \u00e0 Enges, dans le canton de Neuch\u00e2tel, cette microbrasserie tire son nom du magnifique panorama que l\u2019on peut admirer depuis le village, situ\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 800 m\u00e8tres d\u2019altitude. Les lacs de Bienne, Neuch\u00e2tel et Morat sont en effet visibles simultan\u00e9ment, et c\u2019est dans ce cadre idyllique que son brass\u00e9es les bi\u00e8res de la Brasserie des 3 Lacs. N\u00e9e de la volont\u00e9 de Michael Fonteyn, ing\u00e9nieur en biochimie, de d\u00e9velopper la culture brassicole r\u00e9gionale, la microbrasserie produit, avec des ingr\u00e9dients locaux, des bi\u00e8res de garde referment\u00e9es en bouteilles, dans la plus pure tradition belge. La brasserie produit actuellement 400 litres par mois environ.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">Les bi\u00e8res propos\u00e9es par la brasserie se d\u00e9clinent donc sous plusieurs formes, jonglant habilement entre innovation et tradition. Son plus grand succ\u00e8s commercial est incontestablement l\u2019Ange, bi\u00e8re blanche trouble et l\u00e9g\u00e8re typiquement belge aux ar\u00f4mes d\u2019agrumes rehauss\u00e9es par une touche de coriandre. Elle est en effet disponible dans plusieurs bars, magasins et m\u00eame centres commerciaux de la r\u00e9gion, notamment \u00e0 Neuch\u00e2tel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">Autre sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 produite \u00e0 Enges, la 3 C\u00e9r\u00e9ales, bi\u00e8re blonde trouble tirant son nom de l\u2019orge, de l\u2019avoine et du froment qui la compos<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">ent<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">. <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Celle-ci<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">se d\u00e9marque donc par son alliage inhabituel de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, qui lui conf\u00e8re un caract\u00e8re bien tremp\u00e9 tout en restant \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, relativement l\u00e9g\u00e8re et accessible \u00e0 tous les palais.<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">Les plus exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s et aventuriers ne manqueront pas d\u2019appr\u00e9cier la Jurassic Ale, bi\u00e8re ambr\u00e9e tr\u00e8s typ\u00e9e combinant les influences belges et anglaises. Si son amertume franche, son go\u00fbt fortement bois\u00e9 et sa mousse \u00e9paisse <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">peuvent <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">en rebuter certains, elle fera le bonheur des amateurs d\u2019ambr\u00e9es, notamment gr\u00e2ce au malt partiellement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9 utilis\u00e9 pour sa fabrication.<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">Les amoureux des bi\u00e8res brunes et autres <\/span><i><span lang=\"FR\">stouts\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span lang=\"FR\">ne seront cependant pas en reste. La Rustique, bi\u00e8re brune puissante, est la plus forte des bi\u00e8res fabriqu\u00e9es par la Brasserie des 3 Lacs\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">-<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">\u00e0 l\u2019exception de la bi\u00e8re sp\u00e9ciale de No\u00ebl, bi\u00e8re \u00e9pic\u00e9e produite uniquement en p\u00e9riode hivernale. <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">La Rustique <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">poss\u00e8de les ar\u00f4mes de caramel, de caf\u00e9, de chocolat et de noisette propres \u00e0 ce type de bi\u00e8re. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Corps\"><span lang=\"FR\">Enfin, la derni\u00e8re cr\u00e9ation de la microbrasserie n\u2019est autre <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">that <\/span><span lang=\"FR\">la d\u00e9clinaison r\u00e9gionale des l\u00e9gendaires triples belges, bi\u00e8res blondes ferment\u00e9es trois fois. A la fois fine et puissante, elle pr\u00e9sente une robe dor\u00e9e \u00e9l\u00e9gante et un \u00e9quilibre parfait entre amertume et douceur. Nomm\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0Dikkenek\u00a0\u00bb en hommage aux contr\u00e9e<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">s<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">qui ont inspir\u00e9 sa cr\u00e9ation, elle se savoure avec une sagesse que semblent pr\u00e9coniser ses 9% d\u2019alcool, bien que la tentation d\u2019y retremper les l\u00e8vres guette quiconque y go\u00fbtera.<\/span><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
