Ce nouveau ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 \u00e9vidente pour les salles obscures de se r\u00e9inventer et de diversifier leur offre pour survivre. Survivre, c\u2019\u00e9tait aussi l\u2019histoire d\u2019un homme dont on a beaucoup entendu parler ces derni\u00e8res semaines, et \u00e0 juste titre: Johnny Hallyday. Jeudi dernier 14 juin, la Suisse romande a retransmis sur ses grands \u00e9crans le concert donn\u00e9 par le chanteur \u00e0 l\u2019Olympia en 2000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/leregardlibre.com\/2017\/02\/22\/le-theatre-au-cinema\/\">A lire aussi: \u00abLe th\u00e9\u00e2tre au cin\u00e9ma\u00bb<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comme un ultime rendez-vous<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette soir\u00e9e fut l\u2019occasion pour ses plus grands fans \u2013 et pour ceux qui l\u2019appr\u00e9ciaient, tout simplement&nbsp;\u2013 de venir applaudir une derni\u00e8re fois&nbsp;leur idole, d\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9e le 5 d\u00e9cembre 2017. Comme un ultime rendez-vous. Oui, le mot est juste car Johnny s\u2019adressait personnellement \u00e0 son public et un v\u00e9ritable \u00e9change avait lieu. Jeudi, peu importe que l\u2019interpr\u00e8te de <em>Que je t\u2019aime<\/em>&nbsp;f\u00fbt absent de la salle et m\u00eame de ce monde, les spectateurs applaudissaient \u00e0 la fin des chansons. Ils brandissaient leurs bras en un fameux signe sur \u00abMourir d\u2019amour encha\u00een\u00e9\u00bb de la chanson <em>Gabrielle<\/em>. Ils dansaient sur les moments plus rythm\u00e9s du spectacle. Ils plongeaient dans les yeux du boss. Au fond, ce n\u2019est pas Johnny qui est unique, mais la relation \u00e9tablie depuis des d\u00e9cennies entre lui et son public. De l\u2019in\u00e9dit \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat pur. Johnny et son aura, on ne pourra jamais les comparer \u00e0 quoi que ce soit d\u2019autre. Pas m\u00eame \u00e0 Elvis, puisque Johnny le rockeur incarnait aussi l\u2019autorit\u00e9 transcendante de la chanson fran\u00e7aise. Qui d\u2019autre que lui pourrait faire pleurer des dames six mois apr\u00e8s sa mort, dans la salle noire d\u2019une petite ville de province helv\u00e9tique, durant les quelque deux heures de concert?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L\u2019un de ses meilleurs spectacles<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le spectacle \u00abOlympia 2000\u00bb est ind\u00e9niablement l\u2019un des meilleurs de Johnny, pour qui a \u2013 environ \u2013 les 184 tourn\u00e9es du chanteur en t\u00eate. Cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0, la salle parisienne montre un artiste au plus proche de son public, dans une ambiance \u00e0 la fois intimiste et intimidante. On est loin de ses <em>shows<\/em> \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9ricaine les plus d\u00e9mesur\u00e9s, mais on reste tout de m\u00eame \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle Johnny. Comme toujours, son entr\u00e9e sur sc\u00e8ne marque les esprits. L\u2019interpr\u00e8te alors \u00e2g\u00e9 de cinquante-sept ans, dont le visage, la voix et l\u2019aisance se trouvent dans leur meilleure forme, descend sur sc\u00e8ne par des \u00e9chafaudages, entonnant un <em>Je suis n\u00e9 dans la rue<\/em> plus r\u00e9ussi que jamais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La liste des titres qui s\u2019encha\u00eenent \u00e9chappe \u00e0 toute critique. L\u2019alliance est parfaite entre les classiques&nbsp;\u2013 <em>Fils de personne<\/em>, <em>L\u2019envie<\/em> \u2013 et les chansons plus m\u00e9connues&nbsp;\u2013 <em>Cet homme que voil\u00e0<\/em>, <em>NashVille Blues<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013, entre les nouvelles cr\u00e9ations \u2013 <i>Un jour viendra<\/i>, <em>Pardon<\/em> \u2013 et les anciennes&nbsp;\u2013 <i>Qu\u2019est-ce que tu&nbsp;croyais?<\/i>, <em>Je veux te graver dans ma vie<\/em>&nbsp;\u2013, entre les bombes \u2013 <i>Le Feu<\/i>, <i>Rock\u2019n\u2019roll attitude<\/i> \u2013 et les oc\u00e9ans de douceur \u2013 <i>Je te promets<\/i>, <i>Quelque chose de Tennessee.&nbsp;<\/i>Rares sont les artistes qui peuvent proposer vingt-quatre morceaux d\u2019\u00e9poques diff\u00e9rentes qui sont vingt-quatre chefs-d\u2019\u0153uvre. Fait suffisamment \u00e9trange pour \u00eatre relev\u00e9, <em>Allumer le feu<\/em> est aux abonn\u00e9s absents: il s\u2019agit du seul spectacle o\u00f9 l\u2019hymne populaire n\u2019aura pas figur\u00e9 depuis sa sortie en&nbsp;1998.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et il y a ces quelques moments qui font la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 de l\u2019Olympia 2000. D\u2019abord, l\u2019excellente orchestration de la chanson <em>Le Feu<\/em>, avec un instrumental in\u00e9dit o\u00f9 les cuivres tiennent de longues notes plaintives. Il y a aussi <em>Cet homme que voil\u00e0<\/em>, une perle plus belle que la version studio de 1978, qui t\u00e9moigne \u00e0 elle seule de toute la puissance de l\u2019animal Johnny, quand il balance sur l\u2019arri\u00e8re de la sc\u00e8ne le tabouret auquel il \u00e9tait adoss\u00e9 et incarne ces mots qui parlent \u00e0 tout homme d\u00e9vast\u00e9 un jour par une femme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Je connais ton programme<br \/>Je vois ton avenir<br \/>D\u2019autres mains te r\u00e9clament<br \/>Que tu vas faire souffrir<br \/>Tes jolis yeux sans \u00e2me<br \/>Me d\u00e9go\u00fbtent \u00e0 vomir<\/p><p>Va d\u00e9truire le bonheur<br \/>Fais ton travail sur Terre<br \/>Va faire couler des pleurs<br \/>Va d\u00e9clencher des guerres<br \/>Ton joli corps sans c\u0153ur<br \/>Va le vendre aux ench\u00e8res<\/p><p>N\u2019attends pas trop longtemps<br \/>Les rides n&#8217;attendent pas<br \/>Ce soir, je voudrais tant<br \/>Que ton dernier contrat<br \/>Que ton dernier client<br \/>Soit l\u2019homme que voil\u00e0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Le travail remarquable du directeur artistique Yvan Cassar se mesure aussi aux arrangements de <em>Qu\u2019est-ce que tu croyais?<\/em>, fr\u00f4lant le funk rock, moment choisi d\u2019ailleurs pour la pr\u00e9sentation des musiciens&nbsp;\u2013 c\u2019est souvent l\u2019indicateur d\u2019un bon titre <em>live<\/em>. La mise en sc\u00e8ne fait \u00e9galement des merveilles avec&nbsp;<em>Le Bon Temps du rock and roll<\/em>, o\u00f9 Johnny Hallyday aligne des pas de chor\u00e9graphie tr\u00e8s comiques avec son groupe, affichant un sourire d\u2019enfant. Le tendre et d\u00e9licat Johnny, le \u00absimple\u00bb au bon sens du terme, notre ami. Ce Jean-Philippe Smet que nous aimerions tous r\u00e9conforter quand il interpr\u00e8te <em>A propos de mon p\u00e8re<\/em>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>N\u2019en parlez pas, n\u2019y touchez pas<br \/>Vous qui ne le connaissez pas<br \/>Il n\u2019y a qu\u2019en moi qu\u2019il ait v\u00e9cu<br \/>Ce p\u00e8re que je n\u2019ai jamais eu<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #003366;\">A lire aussi: <a href=\"https:\/\/leregardlibre.com\/2017\/12\/11\/hommage-a-jean-philippe-smet\/\">\u00abHommage \u00e0 Jean-Philippe Smet\u00bb<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Olympia 2000, c\u2019est enfin l\u2019hommage rendu par le chanteur \u00e0 Bruno Coquatrix, directeur de l\u2019Olympia de Paris de 1954 \u00e0 1976. C\u2019est \u00e0 lui que Johnny doit la sc\u00e8ne, la grande sc\u00e8ne. Et quand il remonte sur ces planches apr\u00e8s vingt-sept ans d\u2019absence, ces paroles sonnent justes \u00e0 la fin du concert: \u00abC\u2019est une \u00e9motion extraordinaire pour moi d\u2019\u00eatre revenu \u00e0 l\u2019Olympia, parce que c\u2019est un petit peu un retour \u00e0 mes d\u00e9buts. C\u2019est un clin d\u2019\u0153il que je fais \u00e0 mon ami qui nous regarde de l\u00e0-haut et qui doit \u00eatre heureux: Bruno Coquatrix.\u00bb C\u2019est en somme exactement ce qui s\u2019est pass\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re, sauf que c\u2019\u00e9tait Johnny, le plus grand chanteur de tous les temps, qui nous regardait de l\u00e0-haut.
