Starting out in Geneva, it is now expanding throughout French-speaking Switzerland. As proof, its latest establishment opened in 2015 in Sion. The canton of Fribourg and the Jura have yet to be fully established in French-speaking Switzerland. However, the artisanal aspect of this company sometimes escapes the passer-by. The beers are brewed on site, in full view of the customer. The entire process is carried out on site! The grandiloquent appearance of the establishments, the constant comings and goings and the deceptively international look of part of the menu no doubt explain this. The establishment\u2019s unique layout, tailored to each location by canton, successfully balances and counteracts the false impression of a large corporation operating on an assembly-line basis. Located primarily in the centers of major cities in areas with heavy foot traffic, they are the perfect spot for a quick beer with a group of friends. In these lively areas, whether at lunchtime or in the evening, you\u2019ll find a specialty you won\u2019t find anywhere else.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unlike other breweries we\u2019ve visited, Les Brasseurs favors what are known as \u00abtop-fermenting\u00bb yeasts. Unlike bottom-fermenting yeasts, these produce beers with a strong, distinctive character. However, to appeal to the general public, the alcohol content is moderate. The beer menu features mostly classics.
