A journey and a surprise guaranteed in the land of organic alcohol.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more Lire la chronique-->\n\n\n\n<p>The idea was to test \u00abanother\u00bb. A hopped beverage different from Nostra, the poor-quality beer from Ticino that <a href=\"https:\/\/leregardlibre.com\/en\/2018\/10\/26\/la-nostra-a-la-votre-ou-pas\/\">we had lowered<\/a> in both senses of the word. Today, our media is transformed into a drunken gaze. Not that I've ever tried a single copy of this bottled beer: drunkenness is to be understood in terms of intellectual pleasure. The pleasure of having overcome my prejudices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Naturally cloudy, as the brewery assumes in its description <a href=\"http:\/\/www.einsiedlerbier.ch\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=33:alpenbier&amp;catid=22&amp;Itemid=140&amp;lang=de-de\">available here<\/a>, l\u2019<em>Alpenbier<\/em> puts the agent of the first laps in an uncomfortable situation. You have to get used to all these unusual flavors, which are certainly the result of unfiltered, turbid yeast. Once frigidity and conformism have been shaken off, an increasingly marked form of appreciation takes hold. And then the magic happens, revealing hints of bizarre citrus and psychedelic freshness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, this beer from Einsiedeln in the canton of Schwyz can be enjoyed without too many problems. An opportunity to write a column that is anything but undrinkable. And to heartily applaud the Swiss Federal Railways for promoting local and ecological products - after all, our taxes are at stake, and it would be a shame not to offer one of the five hundred varieties of craft beer produced in our country.
