The latter, who has appeared in numerous films in recent years, from maid to mathematician, once again delivers a breathtaking performance. Her ability to convey strong emotions through her eyes gives real scope to <em>My<\/em>. His gaze is often emphasized by close-ups, adding power.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more Lire la suite de la critique-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/leregardlibre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/Ma-Szenen-ov-01-Scene-Picture-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-21246\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que Sue Ann \u00abMa\u00bb soit une psychopathe affirm\u00e9e, le film r\u00e9ussit n\u00e9anmoins \u00e0 nous faire \u00e9prouver de l\u2019empathie pour elle, en nous montrant un \u00e9v\u00e9nement difficile de son pass\u00e9 de lyc\u00e9enne. C\u2019est donc une relation d\u2019amour-haine qui se cr\u00e9e gentiment entre le spectateur et cette pauvre femme \u00e9prise de vengeance. H\u00e9las, Sue Ann est bien le seul personnage dot\u00e9 d\u2019une psychologie vraiment int\u00e9ressante. Le reste des protagonistes est d\u2019une banalit\u00e9 terrifiante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On retrouve, comme mille fois d\u00e9j\u00e0, une bande d\u2019adolescents un peu rebelles qui embarque avec elle la nouvelle du lyc\u00e9e. Cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9tant relativement timide. Elle devient, bien \u00e9videmment, amie avec la populaire, sort avec le gar\u00e7on \u00absage\u00bb de la bande et habite avec sa m\u00e8re qui l\u2019\u00e9duque seule. C\u2019est un arch\u00e9type de jeunes adolescents am\u00e9ricains stupides de film d\u2019horreur duquel on commence \u00e0 se lasser. Il n\u2019y a ici aucune recherche d\u2019originalit\u00e9 ou de rupture des codes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-youtube wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"MA - Bande-Annonce VF [Au cin\u00e9ma le 5 juin]\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LG8dx6z2ms8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un sc\u00e9nario inabouti<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la fadeur des protagonistes, le sc\u00e9nario r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 faire montrer progressivement la tension. Sue Ann \u00abMa\u00bb, va se lier d\u2019amiti\u00e9 avec les jeunes ados, mais les choses vont devenir de plus en plus \u00e9tranges et malaisantes. La violence des actes de Ma pour conserver les jeunes \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s va s\u2019intensifier et la femme para\u00eetra m\u00eame bipolaire par moments. En bref, on nous pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 une fin horrible et des plus gores. Et pourtant, des pistes prometteuses sont laiss\u00e9es sans suite et la fin est b\u00e2cl\u00e9e. Elle est d\u2019une rapidit\u00e9 et d\u2019une simplicit\u00e9 telle qu\u2019elle ne tient malheureusement pas ses promesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A un moment, les jeunes sont tortur\u00e9s, bien que rien ne soit vraiment montr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cran. Quasiment tout est sugg\u00e9r\u00e9. Cette s\u00e9quence aurait pu \u00eatre tout \u00e0 fait horrifique et spectaculaire, mais de trop nombreuses incoh\u00e9rences viennent brouiller la logique de cette sc\u00e8ne finale. La musique tente tant bien que mal de magnifier les choses, mais la qu\u00eate de vengeance de Ma n\u2019est pas telle qu\u2019on l\u2019esp\u00e9rait. C\u2019est donc avec regret que la tension progressive du film, qui nous promettait monts et merveilles, retombe subitement laissant un go\u00fbt amer.
