Stunning choreography, spectacular staging and tributes to Afro-American culture, Homecoming<\/em> will take you on a journey through the intensive two hours of Queen B's magnificent performance at Coachella 2018. The variety of songs chosen allows the audience to go from a classic like Crazy in Love<\/a> <\/em>in his first album in 2003, to a more R&B sound such as Bow Down, I Been On<\/em><\/a>. <\/em>Beyonc\u00e9 is the first African-American woman to headline the Coachella Festival in California.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The directors, Beyonc\u00e9 herself and Ed Burke, wanted to immortalize this event, while also showing the months of work that go into a big show like this. Flashbacks showing all the training and try-outs the whole dance troupe had to go through, prove that \u00abTeam Beyonc\u00e9\u00bb had to put their heart and soul into making such a project a reality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The quotes between one part and the other give rhythm to the film; they are positive phrases that Queen B uses as a philosophy of life. Towards the end of the documentary, Beyonc\u00e9 dedicates part of the film to how she felt during those months of hard labor. After a complicated birth for her twins, it was difficult to rebuild a body strong enough to dance and sing for two hours. The separation between her and her babies meant that she had to give double to be at the top of her concentration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
