Tarantino's latest film, and penultimate on his ten-film schedule. There was no shortage of controversy, as the director is wont to do: he took too much liberty with the story, because in the film, actress Sharon Tate is not murdered by the Manson cult, but rather massacred, in a scene of violence that is very Tarantino-esque and therefore enjoyable. A polemic because the film is a fable, a dream that imagines a story \u00abwhere things would have happened differently\u00bb.
