Certains d\u00e9fient les proscriptions militaires, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019aide de passeurs, appel\u00e9s \u00abstalker\u00bb. Seuls ces guides connaissent la Zone et sont capables de d\u00e9jouer ses pi\u00e8ges, ceux-ci se modifiant selon le caract\u00e8re des individus qui les traversent. Un \u00e9crivain et un professeur, accompagn\u00e9s d\u2019un Stalker, se lancent donc dans cette dangereuse exp\u00e9dition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Avoir l\u2019\u0153il et les oreilles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque plan est un tableau ind\u00e9pendant. La frontalit\u00e9 et l\u2019union parfaite entre d\u00e9cors et sujets font \u00e9merger une centralit\u00e9 impressionnante de technique. En jouant avec le second plan et le surcadrage, Tarkovski r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 exposer une vraie dynamique entre les personnages et leur environnement.\u00a0Toujours au centre et souvent encadr\u00e9s, les protagonistes sont\u00a0tant\u00f4t\u00a0envelopp\u00e9s par une puissante nature, tant\u00f4t opprim\u00e9s par le caract\u00e8re morne de la ville. L\u2019usage du son est discret, mais primordial pour la qu\u00eate du trio. Si la musique que le r\u00e9alisateur avait lui m\u00eame qualifi\u00e9 de \u00abouat\u00e9e, \u00e0 peine audible\u00bb ponctue \u00e9pisodiquement l\u2019image, le jeu sur les sons intradi\u00e9g\u00e9tiques construit la dimension fantastique de l\u2019histoire. Cette \u00e9tranget\u00e9 sonore na\u00eet de la collaboration avec Edouard Artemiev, compositeur qui a travaill\u00e9 sur trois films de Tarkovski. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la musique \u00e9lectronique, la plupart des bruits naturalistes sont modifi\u00e9s, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant ainsi une bande sonore\u00a0exp\u00e9rimentale et insolite. L\u2019association entre une musique subtile qui traverse le film et les sons teint\u00e9s d\u2019irr\u00e9alisme invitent le spectateur \u00e0 questionner sa propre r\u00e9alit\u00e9; entend-il vraiment ces sons ou proviennent-ils de son imagination?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sur le droit chemin<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette interrogation refl\u00e8te l\u2019intention principale\u00a0du r\u00e9alisateur, \u00e0 savoir la question du doute permanent. Le film est porteur d\u2019une atmosph\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re, oscillant entre consistance et confusion. Entre les discours philosophiques tenus par les personnages et les moments o\u00f9 l\u2019onirisme prend le dessus, le groupe s\u2019avance toujours vers la chambre. Par les d\u00e9tours fantastiques que Tarkovski propose tant\u00f4t \u00e0 l\u2019image tant\u00f4t\u00a0par le biais sonore\u00a0ou par les d\u00e9tours des chemins emprunt\u00e9s, tous se r\u00e9unissent en un seul\u00a0but: la qu\u00eate de sens et de foi.
