Si cette affaire a fait du bruit dans la France de Val\u00e9ry Giscard d\u2019Estaing, ce n\u2019est pas tant pour la parent\u00e9 entre l\u2019accus\u00e9 et le chanteur Jean-Jacques Goldman que pour la port\u00e9e du proc\u00e8s et son retentissement politique. Sur les deux qualificatifs retenus dans cette pr\u00e9sentation rapide de Pierre Goldman, ce n\u2019est en effet pas celui de \u00abbraqueur de banques\u00bb qui a pouss\u00e9 les forces de l\u2019ordre \u00e0 la m\u00e9fiance, mais bien celui de \u00abmilitant d\u2019extr\u00eame-gauche\u00bb. Car en pleines r\u00e9voltes communistes dans diff\u00e9rents pays, et alors que la \u00abmenace rouge\u00bb est toujours vivace, ce n\u2019est pas un meurtrier pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 que l\u2019on tente d\u2019enfermer, mais bien un activiste politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u2019enfant de r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 r\u00e9volutionnaire<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019abord pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme fils de h\u00e9ros de la r\u00e9sistance polonaise, Goldman est ensuite tour \u00e0 tour universitaire, braqueur, gu\u00e9rillero, violent, dr\u00f4le et communiste. C\u2019est d\u2019ailleurs ce dernier point qui semble retenir l\u2019attention des jur\u00e9s, et celle de la police, tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9sente sur le banc des proches. Car Goldman ne ressemble pas au criminel id\u00e9al, et cela d\u00e9range la cour. Il est non seulement tr\u00e8s pr\u00e9cis et \u00e9rudit dans le choix de ses mots, d\u2019une totale moralit\u00e9 et d\u2019une transparence irr\u00e9prochable, mais il est surtout tr\u00e8s vindicatif envers toute forme d\u2019autorit\u00e9, et a fortiori le syst\u00e8me policier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"http:\/\/leregardlibre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/le-proces-goldman_1--moonshaker-e1697040159453.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/leregardlibre.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/le-proces-goldman_1--moonshaker-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\u00abLe Proc\u00e8s Goldman\u00bb (2023) de C\u00e9dric Kahn \u00a9 Moonshaker\" class=\"wp-image-520465\"\/><\/a><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">\u00abLe Proc\u00e8s Goldman\u00bb (2023) de C\u00e9dric Kahn \u00a9 Moonshaker<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce refus d\u2019une police qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re comme \u00abraciste et fasciste\u00bb va \u00eatre m\u00eal\u00e9 \u00e0 son pass\u00e9 de r\u00e9volutionnaire en Am\u00e9rique du Sud, pour en faire une sorte de terroriste de gauche (type bande \u00e0 Baader) qui menacerait l\u2019\u00e9quilibre de l\u2019Etat tout entier: si Goldman est acquitt\u00e9, c\u2019est la mort de la nation fran\u00e7aise telle qu\u2019on la conna\u00eet, en somme. Pourtant, l\u2019homme est paradoxalement tr\u00e8s soutenu. Par ses proches, mais \u00e9galement par un public aux id\u00e9aux proches des siens. Ce clivage sur le banc des t\u00e9moins cr\u00e9e un esprit presque forain dans la salle d\u2019audience, et permet \u00e0 C\u00e9dric Kahn de sous-tendre son point de vue sur la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 actuelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le proc\u00e8s d\u2019une \u00e9poque<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que C\u00e9dric Kahn met en sc\u00e8ne son personnage principal (sid\u00e9rant Arieh\u00a0Worthalter), ce n\u2019est pas tant l\u2019homme r\u00e9el qu\u2019il fait parler, que l\u2019\u00e9cho d\u2019une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Si le film semble si fluide et parlant, c\u2019est bien parce qu\u2019il raconte quelque chose de notre \u00e9poque. Alors que Goldman clame haut et fort, dans une salle pleine d\u2019officiers, que la police est raciste, cela est d\u2019autant plus impactant que peu de choses ont chang\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui.\u00a0La tension permanente qui s\u2019installe alors dans la salle \u2013 et dans le film \u2013 transpara\u00eet \u00e9galement dans\u00a0la mise en sc\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019enfermement que ressent Goldman est imm\u00e9diatement transf\u00e9r\u00e9 aux spectateurs. Hormis une rapide sc\u00e8ne d\u2019introduction, l\u2019entier du long-m\u00e9trage se d\u00e9roule dans la salle d\u2019audience.\u00a0Tout au long du proc\u00e8s, les spectateurs assistent \u00e0 la reconstitution de la vie de Pierre Goldman, \u00e0 coups d\u2019\u00e9changes et de lectures de lettres, comme s\u2019ils \u00e9taient eux-m\u00eames jur\u00e9s. Des faits, ne sont \u00abmontr\u00e9s\u00bb que les t\u00e9moignages.
