Le Regard Libre<\/em> The December 2024 issue of Regard Libre inaugurates a new paper. Recycled, less clinically white and more embossed, this material is consistent with our monthly feature, dedicated to the value of age, and marks the beginning of an evolution in our media.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Publishing which we are publishing at the end of this year<\/a> is special.<\/strong> Among other things, it marks the start of a transformation of the paper version of the Regard Libre<\/em>. Not its graphic design, which was renewed to mark our tenth anniversary earlier this year. Nor in its editorial line, dedicated since the magazine's inception to the debate of ideas and culture. The change is physical, and it will be twofold. The first is a new paper, and it's this issue that inaugurates it. We've replaced glossy paper with recycled paper. There are several reasons for this, the most important of which is the quality of the touch and the visuals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, old paper becomes our new paper.<\/strong> This milestone coincides with the theme of this month's issue: in an age of youthism, of old-fashioned thinking, of short-term visions and of the image of old age primarily as a cost center, our editorial team wanted to explore the value of age<\/a>. The new materiality of these pages, and the circular economy in which they are now part, have a symbolic value of their own.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
