In the shadow of Trumpism, an ideological nebula combining rejection of democracy and technological fascination is gaining visibility. In Dark Lights<\/em>, political scientist Arnaud Miranda deciphers this still vague but already influential neo-reaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

There was a time when the American Right offered a relatively straightforward ideological landscape. The movement emerged in the late 2000s in the depths of the Internet, through a multitude of blogs, forums and anonymous texts. Miranda calls it a \u00abdigital constellation\u00bb rather than a structured school of thought. The image is apt: the authors gravitate around a few common ideas without forming a coherent system.
