Val\u00e8re Gogniat, journaliste au <i>Time<\/i>, r\u00e9sume parfaitement l\u2019aberrante situation: \u00abProbl\u00e8me, personne n\u2019a clarifi\u00e9 \u00e0 quoi renvoyait ce mot-cl\u00e9 (logiciel). Au syst\u00e8me d\u2019exploitation? Aux applications de la montre? Aux microprogrammes qui pilotent les composants? La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration Horlog\u00e8re admet cette lacune et pr\u00e9voit d\u2019interpr\u00e9ter la loi au cas par cas.
