Is neutrality still useful?

Neutrality is a concept essential to Switzerland's very existence. Yet we may well question its usefulness today, in a situation totally different from when it was first established. Are there relevant reasons for maintaining it?
In a security survey published in 2017 by the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ), 95% of the Swiss population said they were attached to neutrality. Yet if we look at the world we live in, it's increasingly difficult to find a use for neutrality. So let's try to understand how neutrality is no longer really adapted to the problems of the world around us, based in part on the work of Professor René Schwok.
