Price

Prices in this catalog are quoted in Swiss francs, net, including VAT and are guaranteed.
Items covered by a warranty are subject to the terms and conditions in effect at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep in a safe place. The following are not covered: damage resulting from improper maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.

Availability

Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Le Regard Libre. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Terms of payment

Payment methods: Credit cards (Stripe), PayPal, Bank transfer, Payment by cheque

Delivery and transport

Available items are shipped by mail within approximately 5 to 8 days. You will be asked to pay a fee only once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: Le Regard Libre does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and does not deliver to minors or those under guardianship, unless written authorization has been obtained from the parents or guardian.

Return or exchange of goods

Items must be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging (with the labels showing their item numbers), along with the packing slip, within 7 days of receiving your package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. In the case of an exchange, shipping costs for your new order will be covered by us. 

Legal warranty

Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.

Data protection

All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to manage the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of order management.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply, and any dispute shall be resolved by the District Court of Neuchâtel.
