Prices in this catalog are quoted in Swiss francs, net, including VAT and are guaranteed.
Items covered by warranty are subject to the conditions of the offer valid at the time of purchase. The warranty takes effect on the date of delivery of the item, as evidenced by the accompanying document (invoice), which we ask you to keep carefully. Damage due to improper maintenance, failure to follow instructions or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Availability
Our delivery commitment is null and void in the event of failure or non-compliance with supply deadlines on the part of our own suppliers, and insofar as this unavailability is not attributable to Le Regard Libre. If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery and transport
Available items are dispatched by post within approximately 5 to 8 days. Your contribution is required only once per order.
PLEASE NOTE: Le Regard Libre does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and does not deliver to minors or those under guardianship, unless written authorization has been obtained from the parents or guardian.
Return or exchange of goods
Items must be returned undamaged and complete in their original packaging (with reference labels), accompanied by the delivery slip, within 7 days of receipt of your package. You are responsible for return postage costs. In the case of an exchange order, the shipping costs for your new order are free.
Legal warranty
Check the condition of the delivered goods immediately to exclude obvious material and manufacturing defects, as well as transport damage. In accordance with the law, you are obliged to notify us of any defects or anomalies affecting the goods delivered to enable us to remedy them.
Data protection
All personal data will be treated as confidential. The information required to manage the order will be subject to computer processing and may be communicated to associated companies within the framework of order management.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
The applicable law is Swiss law, and any dispute will be handled by the District Court of Neuchâtel.
