Teaser Le Regard Libre neutrality

Historical reality, political stakes... presentation of our major report devoted to neutrality in the current context, to be found in our paper edition (Le Regard Libre N°96) and right here.

Should we allow the re-export of weapons produced in Switzerland to countries at war, starting with Ukraine? Beyond this specific question, on which all Swiss parties are divided, the Federal Council does not offer a clear vision of neutrality. Let's go back to the historical basics to better define the debate - and, let's hope, move it forward. And, as a bonus, an article on the neutrality of the Holy See, to give an example of another approach to this concept.

Video summary of our new issue:

Our articles already published online:
«The worst thing for Switzerland would be for neutrality to be defined».» (interview with Irène Herrmann)
Swiss neutrality is a means to an end, not an end in itself (analysis by Olivier Meuwly)
Neutrality: renouncing without renouncing (analysis by Antoine-Frédéric Bernhard)
