Discoveries about his father, bisexuality, hypersensitivity, cocaine, criticism of the present age: William Sheller opens up in his autobiography, published in March, as well as in this exceptional interview, in which he assures us that he has stopped singing for good.
One of the biggest names in French chanson publishes his autobiography. The author, composer and performer of the famous Un homme heureux, J'cours tout seul, Le carnet à spirale and other gems such as La navale, Centre-ville and Chanson lente, retraces his funny life in William, published in March by Editions des Equateurs. Lending himself to the game of confidences, and above all getting to the heart of his art of conveying impressions and emotions in their raw truth, the artist details his unimaginable journey, jostled by so many events and personalities. William Sheller, a man of wonder and emotion, agreed to be interviewed.
