A Swiss-American political scientist who has lived in Switzerland for forty years, Daniel Warner has taught at prestigious universities and worked with several international organizations. Daniel Warner: The world order after the Second World War was more complex than you might think. Firstly, because after a war, there's often a kind of vacuum.
