«Boulevard de la mort, revenge porn

It's the least well-known of all Tarantino's films. Or maybe it's known as the director's greatest failure. But despite its boredom and disappointment, especially in the first half, this film also contains its great moments of cinema.

The film project may be a mess, but it's above all the result of a friendship. Quentin Tarantino and his friend Robert Rodriguez, also a director, decided to «have a buddy trip», as we would say today. They each want to make a film and integrate them into a single program, a sort of two-film project, with two different directors working together. It doesn't sound very good, because it's too complicated. Even if the idea has the merit of being original. But where Boulevard de la mort and Planète Terreur (the other film in this joint project) surprise most is in their style.
