Everyone puts their imagination to it and puts what they feel like in it, according to the inspiration of the moment. carbonara: on y ajoute ce qui nous tombe sous la main, mais rarement les bonnes choses; des lardons ou du jambon à la place du guanciale, de la crème fraîche par tombées et du parmesan en lieu et place du pecorino. The carbonara est devenue une recette fourre-tout. Exactement comme le wokisme.
