It's amazing to see this expanse of water between plots of wheat, rapeseed or maize! Of course, it's not the Mekong delta, nor the Po plain... Nevertheless, since 2023, rice has been growing on six hectares at the foot of Mont-Vully. And as the months go by, it's a feast for the eyes to drive along the rice field, with views of the fragile seedlings of May, the almost-ripe rice of September or the frozen water of January.
