International cattle!

Could we imagine a Regard Libre focusing on the rural world without featuring the ultimate Swiss icon? Victor Hugo, who wrote in La légende des siècles: «A l'ombre de Melchthal (sic), à l'ombre du Mont-Rose / La Suisse trait sa vache et vit paisiblement / Sa blanche liberté s'adosse au firmament» (In the shadow of Melchthal (sic), in the shadow of Mont-Rose / Switzerland milks its cow and lives peacefully. But of course, Switzerland doesn't have exclusive rights to cattle. Without even going as far as India, think of the United States! And even... Corsica, where they're rare.
