After running a hairdressing salon for several years in his native Jura, Sandro Pagliari set out to pursue a lifelong dream of entering the world of fashion as a designer. Last May, he won first prize in the fourth edition of the Montreux Moda, a competition organized by Giovanni Lo Presti, aimed at projecting Switzerland's creative potential in fashion onto the world stage. On a terrace in Neuchâtel, we discussed his world and his vision.
