This is undoubtedly one of the most important causes to champion today: pluralism. In recent years, the ravages of political correctness (there are things we’re allowed to say and things we’re not allowed to say), of ready-made thinking (avoid thinking for yourself by uncritically accepting ideas prepared for you), and intellectual trends (what you’re supposed to say to «look good») have been steadily undermining the very foundation upon which democratic discussion and civilized debate rest.
